Loved the blu ray and compassion
Excellent service at the Middlesbrough all the staff feel like family 😁they r so kind;every year my friend and I don't buy Christmas presents for each other we buy for charity 😔some people get nothing and when there is a sale on Ann, Gordon and Wayne always let me know so we can give more

Always amazing there was fault with one of my items they reordered it and delivered my other items kept me in the loop about my remaining item and delivered it pretty quickly if I could have given more stars I would have

The staff are very friendly and helpful, seem always on the ball and willing to help. Very happy with my Marley Stir it up and speakers. A good selection of both vinyl and cds. Very satisfied. See you soon

Collecting deliveries in-store
Was able to request that the store was able to hold on to one of my click-and-collect items a little longer - so I could collect several 4K movie discs at once, thus saving multiple trips. Upon collecting, staff member Wayne was very helpful and pleasant. I prefer the Middlesbrough store over another local store, as I feel welcome. I suppose this is personal preference, but it was also explained to me I could return to the store, should there be any problems with my ordered items.
