Prices are on the most part competitive, matched, or, on the odd occasion, cheaper or in a deal compared to on-line options. The best part is being able to check online on the website before going to grab something if in store and enjoy straight away 😎

I had purchased 4 CDs from the Luton HMV store.
I had to return one CD later as it was a duplicate for me. The store promptly gave me a refund.

Went above and beyond, very friendly and outgoing. Really made the shopping experience 10 times better I couldn’t be happier :) + I’m assuming a new hire, young lad, tall, blonde hair unfortunately wasn’t able to get his name, but he was very kind and helpful. Really appreciated his help today!

Ordering the Blu-ray was very easy
Ordering the Blu-ray was very easy. I was kept informed as to delivery (at the store) and when I went in Graham saw me and immediately got the package out for me. As always, the staff were polite, cheerful and welcoming.
