The shop did not have the item in stock and the assistant advised he could order it and have it delivered to the Livingston shop. The item was ordered and delivered within a few days. Excellent service and gentleman was so helpful.

Love shopping in store & online. My favourite shop without a doubt. My product wasn't in stock, no problem for the member of staff who ordered it for me. Very helpful & knowledgeable regarding a query I had. Great atmosphere in store too. Pleasure buying from HMV. Delivery arrived within a couple of days, excellent.
