Very helpful in store
Went into store, but didn't have albums I wanted. Very helpful assistant, who checked stock for me, and then placed my order. Prompt delivery followed.

HMV Purchases.
The experience of visiting the HMV store in Grimsby and puchasing CDs and DVDs in store and also placing an order in store for a separate DVD was excellent. The staff were helpful and polite and once the order was placed for the DVD which was not in stock it was dispatched and arrived instore in Grimsby very quickly. Great job all round!
