Really good service from every assistant I have met & always very knowledgeable. Have been refunded when I didn't even know I had been overcharged. Always have what I require or will order that day.

Andrea in the hmv in braehead was very helpful, couldn’t find somthing I was looking for she told me to come back and she would look for it. Unfortunately couldn’t find it because it has been stolen. But she got me free shipping :)

Love HMV im so glad its still around have great memories as a child going in to purchase records. Online service was very easy to use all the information you need on products and if available, or when they will be available. Collection was so easy, hope to see this store stay around for a long time its great that I get to share this with my teenage kids.

Easy to buy online, easy to pick up

Pre ordered an LP which was due to be released on a Friday. I expected to to get an email confirming that it could be picked up on Saturday morning at the latest. Didn't get the email until Monday therefore wasn't able to get it until following Saturday. I won't be pre ordering again. Not good enough !!!

Yes it was easy to order and manage. Staff were great when collecting the Vinyls. Works well

Excellent service

We had purchased a cheap record player with speakers from the HMV store in Livingston whilst on a mini break, my partner looked up reviews which were a bit disparaging, we decided to return this and looked to upgrade to something better, we returned it at the Braehead branch and purchased an absolutely spectacular Lenco unit for 3 times the price but I can honestly say you get what you pay for, it's absolutely brilliant 🤘
I really want to take the time to give plaudits to Andreea, absolutely fantastic customer service, someone who really loves music and also delivers the most fantastic customer service, we had been at the store a couple of months back purchasing vinyl LP's, I was wearing one of my many Depeche Mode t-shirts and she took the time to discuss music with us, I just have to say that Andreea is an absolute credit to HMV, in these incredibly difficult times it's absolutely refreshing to interact with someone that has passion, knowledge and a connection to the customer, I hope that this is passed on to her from the both of us 🙂

The great customer service I received went above and beyond, the young assistant was very polite and friendly,Chatting with
me about who and what item was for, she checked all over for the item I wanted for a present, she was then able to order the product to be delivered to my home, thanked me for shopping with them and wished me a lovely day

Ordered a click and collect item which was delayed a little but got updates of the delay so was not a problem. Item got delivered and picked up. Glasgow Braehead staff always nice.

I bought this product as a Christmas present, for my daughter who grow up with SpongeBob SquarePants's. I was kept updated regularly regarding when product was being delivered. The product was delivered on time and well packaged and most of all my daughter was extremely pleased with Patrick Starr wedgy keyring
which sits proudly on her car keys.

Being kept informed both for the order, and cancellation foollowed
by a quick review of the orderafe a huge difference and then the order arrived as per email. Thanks. Also staff at Braehead could not have been more helpful

Great selection of music, reliable and prefer the use of Royal Mail for home delivery as I still find RM the most reliable for home delivery.
I also enjoy HMV shops for a good browse when buying my music. Staff are helpful and there is a good choice in music.
The three for £66.00 is a great incentive when buying vinyl.

Very friendly staff and always eager to find what you are looking..im a HUGE fan of many movies from the railway children to Deadpool ..I always enjoy visiting Hmv browsing for like for 2 hours
I can say nothing more but excellent..but the only thing that does bother me is the review that tells you how to write a good review..bit rude..please take that out of the review..actually it's condescending..

The personal service I received from the staff was excellent, my pre-order blu rays were paid for and sent to my home address which I have received, this is one of the reasons why I will continue to shop at HMV.

Was assisted in your braehead store (15.01.26) by the nicest woman. She was early 20’s, sallow skinned, curly brown hair and wearing a hat. I’m sure she has glitter or sparkle on her jumper She was just very helpful and caring.
