I was not informed that purchase was ready to be picked up.
I was not informed that a purchase I made online and which was directed to an outlet was ready to be picked up. I was told to wait for an email when I enquired why I had not be told anything after several days after having been told by email it had been sent to the shop. The staff apologises but did not know why there was a failure in communication. As a result of this I was unable to give new year presents in person.

Great service at a low price
I bought a DVD from Amazon for a Christmas gift, but when it arrived, it was in German. I needed a quick replacement, but struggled to find one. Ordered from hmv online; picked it up from a store a couple of days later, and the price was very reasonable. Couldn't have asked for better service tbh.

Ordered a dvd that was out of stock on Amazon .had it sent to my local store in case it wasn’t the right one .it arrived quickly and I was kept well informed of its tracking.when I went to collect the friendly staff had it there to hand .would definitely use this service again

Support the FOPP store in Cambridge and match online prices
You did not have what I wanted in the FOPP Cambridge store but they ordered it and I could pick it up from the store. For me this is easier than home delivery. Don't ever close the Cambridge FOPP store and look after your staff, they are invaluable!
