At the time of purchase the young man was extremely helpful in looking up on the computer before ordering
the album what was the difference between the different versions of the album, and with no messing ordered the one requested and for a home delivery which arrived punctually, the release date of the album.

Very happy with HMV
I like what HMV does. They have a good website, an excellent range of products, and the click-and-collect works very well indeed. The staff at the Carlisle HMV are all absolutely charming. Very good indeed.

Great service on pre orders and in store sales at Carlisle
I’ve had brilliant experiences with the Carlisle HMV, both in store and with Funko Pop pre-orders. The staff are always welcoming, helpful, and really know their stuff. Every time I’ve visited, the service has been quick, friendly, and genuinely enjoyable.
My Funko Pop pre-orders have always been handled smoothly, with great communication and no hassle when picking them up. It’s clear the team take pride in what they do.
A superb store with amazing staff, definitely one of my favourite places to shop. Highly recommended!
