HMV Carlisle are consistently efficient and friendly. It’s a pleasure to click and collect from there and have a browse at the same time. The online system works beautifully too. HMV are a pleasure to buy from.

At the time of purchase the young man was extremely helpful in looking up on the computer before ordering
the album what was the difference between the different versions of the album, and with no messing ordered the one requested and for a home delivery which arrived punctually, the release date of the album.
