I ordered a cd, it was dispatched, then the order cancelled once it reached the store. And no option of a replacement being sent out in its place

Service non existent
Order arrived on time but contained two copies of the same disc in a two disc set. As this order was click and collect from HMV I hoped to receive help from the store. Staff at the store were dismissive and unhelpful, just directing back to the website as my order was issued from a different warehouse. While this may be your business practice the customer will see you as one business and I strongly suggest that orders from the HMV website to be returnable at the local store, especially if they have been collected from the store as a matter of good customer service. The return via the website was awkward and unclear. I will never purchase from HMV online again.

The customer service of the in store staff could be improved more with the individuals being or telling more knowledge of what everything means or is. So as the same of the telephone customer service advisors.
