The item was well packaged and in perfect condition and the staff were both efficient and welcoming on arrival. Excellent service and have never had any problems online or in store. I ordered item on click and collect
I ordered item on click and collect. I came into store on.the morning of the album release day,there were copies on the shelf but the item was not available via click and collect until later that day,as I needed it for a present I had to buy it again. I thought click and collect gave priority
