On line order collection
An extremely helpful young man helped me with collection of an F1 calender item ordered on line and delivered to Birmingham Bullring store.
He was just inside the main door. I asked him where I needed to collect the item from as I hadn't visited the store before. He not only took me to the relevant area, found my parcel and checked it out to me, he had very pleasant manner. I am only sorry that I didn't think to make a mental note of his name

Extremely helpful staff member recommended
Extremely helpful staff member helped me to find what I was after( even though the HMV system said it was in store stock it had ran out and helped me to purchase it by going to the counter and buying it through the online system and was delivered 2 days later). Strongly recommend this store and staff member.

Service was extremely efficient from ordering on line which gave me a good choice of items with an easy to use website,to collection from store where people were helpful and polite.The store was without a queue which meant I did not need to wait around.The shop staff were able to locate and dispense items quickly.
