I just started my vinyl collection and…
I just started my vinyl collection and the first place I went was HMV because they had so many collection of vinyls.
Also, there great at getting my vinyls ready and quickly to be delivered.

The member of staff in HMV was…Mr Armstrong
The member of staff at HMV was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
I ordered a vinyl record turntable for my son just a few days before Christmas and it got here on time.
The product also proved an excellent choice and my son loves it.

Efficient staff made the click and collect option a positive experience.
The item was easy to order and obtain using click and collect.
The staff were friendly and efficient which I found reassuring.
However the decor of the Belfast store, black everywhere, gave it a very unfriendly atmosphere.
I would use click and collect again to order from BMV
