From my very first contact with Hoss from the Lampton Parkside sales team, I immediately felt that they genuinely cared about the customer.

I was then assisted by Newvaina Dmello, who was truly outstanding. For over a month, she patiently answered all my questions, always clearly, promptly, and with kindness. Her support made the whole process smooth and reassuring.

Today we completed the Exchange, and I want to publicly thank her. I have rarely seen such dedication and professionalism in a sales professional.

We have had an issue with our windows since moving in. It’s now been eight months, with over ten visits from maintenance, yet the problem still hasn’t been resolved.

Due to internal staff handovers, we’ve had to repeat the same inspections multiple times. We have been patient and cooperative, but the only update we receive is that parts “will be ordered,” which is both disappointing and frustrating.

The whole process has lacked efficiency and consistency, causing significant inconvenience.

Kelvin and Michael P carried out the painting work in a professional manner. They covered the furnitures before start working. I am impressed by their careful manner in performing their work.

Richard came and did mastic around the bath tub after plumbing leak. His work was perfect and he was friendly and polite.

Highly recommended, I had Kelvin and Simon over to investigate some dampness under my bedroom floor carpet coming from the bathroom, and they were fantastic From start to finish, they were professional, efficient and clearly knew their stuff. They are genuinely friendly guys.

I had Simon coming to fix a small issue at my kitchen , made a bigger access to my stopcock, he was so helpful. He looked at my front door also and adjusted. Truly great guy.

This is a review for operative Simon who came to fix a hole in our ceiling after our leaking roof was repaired. He did the cleanest job ever! Totally satisfied with him and a real nice guy to deal with. Warmly recommend!
