I've only owned a couple of duffle bags over the years because I've found them too cumbersome but not this one, it's beautifully made and super tuff, the zippers are smooth all the way around their path which is a huge plus when you've packed your bag solidly like we did recently, both my wife and myself managed to fit pretty much everything we BOTH needed in it for a 2 day midweek break including an extra pair of shoes in the end pockets which are absolutely perfect for your footwear as it keeps them easily accessible but separate from your clean clothes, or stick your toiletries bag in one end for quick and easy access, used by myself I could easily pack a full weeks worth of clean clothes, a full five stars on all points, then there's the wheels and extending handle that locks in position, the wheels turn super smoothly and the handle sits at the perfect height for me to pull it easily, there's also a pair of backpack straps conveniently hidden away behind a zipped compartment, on top of that it has a nice pair of straps and handles to carry it by your side and a soft handle on the top and a solid strong handle on the bottom for easy manoeuvering into your cars boot/trunk, it also has a couple of strong tabs to attach your address details, it's also got a high visibility strip to help you been seen in the dark, weight wise it's very light and soft to the touch, but at the same time very strong not to mention beautifully made with each stitch sitting perfectly inline with its overall high quality build, I cant fault it, I love well made high quality, but still affordable gear, whatever it is and High Sierra doesn't disappoint again, plain and simple, 10/10, I have and DO highly recommend this duffle to anyone who's looking for a high capacity, high quality duffle bag at an affordable price, but worst case scenario if something does go wrong they have one of the best warranty and customer service centre I've experienced, thank you so much for making another awesome bag guys, this has quickly become my favorite travel bag, so much so I plan on buying the smaller and larger sizes for all occasions

The Rolling backpack I got had california cancer warning. It was not in the product detail anywhere on the website.
I wrote an email to them asking which part of the bag has DEHP and in what levels.
No response.
I wrote a second email. Heard crickets.

I got an email to review the product. When I wrote the above words to leave a genuine review, this is the response i got.

Seriously, High Sierra !
First of all, they failed in genuinely listing all the details in the product description.
Second, no response for customer's concerns/opinions. Not at all a customer centric company.
Third, if you leave a genuine review, your review will never be considered. Because it is not a positive one.

This is my first and also the last time I would ever buy High Sierra. And I would let everyone in my circle know about this too.

Ordered item 7 day back. Still showing as not shipped by UPS site. Customer support is less than a 1 star. Do nit reply to emails. They blame UPS, UPS states it does not show in the system, not showing any scans.
