We had my son's 6th birthday party there over the weekend and it was lovely. Staff was polite and friendly, Daria was our party host and she went above and beyond to help with all our requests and ensure everyone enjoyed their party. We would absolutely recommend it!

Andover is not as enjoyable as Newbury, particularly for neurodivergence. The machines were turned up far too loud to be enjoyable. We also felt that the machine layout was not as well thought out as other High Scores places. While playing on the VR shooter, you get a hammer in your back from people testing their strength. While playing Mario Kart, you get a headache from people playing the bowling game behind you. Many of the machines were out of order, and some of the machines in use had issues, mario kart had wheels that while centered.. the machine would think you were doing a hard left making menu selection annoying and racing problematic. Luigi's mansion had a vacuum gun that had been duct taped back together, at an angle. It very much felt like all the machines that may have been put into storage with issues had been pulled out to make a new location. There were far too many people admitted for the size of the location, meaning people would pick a machine and stick to it otherwise they would be unable to use anything else. Overall, it's ok, but nowhere near the standard of other locations. Newbury still remains out firm favourite.

Really friendly atmosphere, well managed. Lots of fun had by all. No one hogged any particular games so everyone had a chance to play on all the games they wanted to. One hour flies by! Will be returning.

Tried to book for an upcoming family holiday, managed to book wrong venue(my fault). Contacted customer services on 16/03/26 and was told not to worry refund processed and would take 3-5 business days. So far, today has been 9 business days.......

We had a terrible experience at high scores Bracknell today, we decided my sons end of treatment party there as he has just rung the bell after two long years of chemotherapy, the staff were rude, the facial expressions and body language used towards us total unacceptable, they had some much information wrong about the party, my son and guests yet when we corrected them they still continued to get the information wrong, we felt we was constantly being watched by the staff which was very intimidating, the children were eating in the party room, as soon as the 30 minutes was up in the party room, they wanted to leave immediately the poor children were still eating, the party host just sat there looking so uninterested, the person in charge of today was so rude the looks that he gave us was not nice at all, such a bad experience, I will be calling the head office on Monday to make a complaint , we paid a lot of money for the party and should not be treated the way we was treated

Been to both Farnborough and Bracknell one. Both were easy to find and staff were chill. There is a challenge a staff to a game and if you win, you can get free tickets.

New machines are added every now and then so keep things fun. 9/10 would go again.

Highly recommend Worcester branch... Staff was outstanding and was very helpful and polite. We had 90 mins during the school holidays and my grandkids loved it. We only found 1 machine to be faulty so all the rest worked perfect.. 10/10 overall and £12 for 90 mins was brilliant... Well done Worcester 👏👌

We went to the Bracnell centre today, was a nightmare to find as the address says its in the Lexicon but its in the Princess Centre. The building is not listed on a single centre map and Google maps directs you back onto the main road. By the time we found it and waited to be checked in (only 1 member of staff on the desk whilst 2 others were stood next to it, but didn't take the initiative to ask us if we had tickets whilst the other dealt with a customer booking for the following session) we had missed 15 minutes of the hour session.
Rather disappointing that a number of the games were 'taking a rest' (as per the signage.
A lot of money and a lot of disappointment.

Today we had a party experience at high score arcade Swindon and was hosted by Eleanor. She was just amazing! She made sure we had all the help we needed, even took the youngest child to the games that she could play and entertained her. Would highly recommend and definitely come back!

We love High Score arcades in Poole. We've been regulars since they opened just about a year ago.

Our initial impression of the arcade was it was immaculately clean and all the machines working well.

We try and visit at least once a month, and it's great to see these standards haven't changed. It's also great to see new machines being introduced, so I'm assuming the machines are shared between all the locations High Score have. This is really great as it means that there is always lots of choice.

Please, please keep Pong though!!

Highscore Arcade in Swindon is our most favourite place. My daughter is autistic and she just feels at home here, amazing games, atmosphere and the staff just make the place as epic as it is. Massive thanks and praise to the manager Angel who has everything just as it should be, all happy staff makes a happy environment.
This is a very special place, great fun rain or shine and massive thanks from us for all the joy, happiness and kindness you add into our lives 🙌🏻

First time taking my Grandson into HighScoreArcade. Staff were really polite, friendly and explained the rules simply for the kids to understand. Games were great and we had fun, will deffo go again!

We have just had my son's party at high score Southampton. From start to finish it has been brilliant. I booked online which was easy and stress free. I had to add 2 extra people which was done via email and a new invoice emailed out within 5 minutes. On the day the party room was ready and a guest table waiting with drinks for the kids. Callum was our party host and he couldn't have been nicer. He was great with the kids and did a lovely basket ball competition for them. The venue was clean and the toilets spotless. Only a couple of machine were out of order but that didn't matter. All the kids had a ball.
