They exceeded all my expectations
It’s easy to walk into ANY kitchen showroom and be seduced by the wonderful displays of quality units, beautiful worktops and modern high-end appliances , but the problem is not knowing anything about the installers and whether the initial dream becomes a reality or a nightmare. Well my new kitchen from Highline Interiors has exceeded my expectations and has shown that they are a great team of professionals and show genuine care and helpfulness. The electricians had to rewire completely with a new rcb consumer unit due to my ancient and invalid old fuse box and this was done without too much upheaval and all bits of existing dodgy wiring were either dealt with or replaced with no fuss. The plasterers done a great job and even tidied up a rough area on the ceiling which wasn’t planned so top marks to them. The kitchen fitter Mark has done a really top notch job and had the skills to deal with everything, including tidying the existing quirky plumbing and utilising the small tight spaces. The whole project was well managed by Highline Interiors – from the initial choice and changing my mind about which units and appliances to have, through to fitting the work around my schedule and to dealing with the inevitable small issues that occurred promptly and quickly to alleviate any worries.
The quality of the units and appliances are excellent - Bosch appliances throughout, Caple sink, Astracast tap, Egger worktop, Lacquered handless fronts on preassembled cabinets with full depth backboards - all beautiful.
It shows that it can benefit if you select the right local and independent company.
The cost? Well they came in cheaper than a similar quote that I got from Wickes and no unknown surprises were thrown in so I was very happy. The bottom line is would I recommend Highline Interiors and use them again? Yes, definitely. 😊
