Brilliant service

Brilliant service, ordered Yamaha Musiccast 20 speaker on standard delivery and it arrived the next day! It was also £20 cheaper than anywhere else. Will definitely be buying from HiFi confidential again, highly recommended!

One thing could be improved:
Very fast after ordering a delivery tracking/shipment notice was generated.
That was probably too fast as later on the delivery itself got delayed.
Suggestion: Only generate the delivery and tracking message if the parcel is really shipped.

All round good purchase

I found the product I wanted easliy on the website. Ordering was straightforward with good correspondence confirming my order and further to let me know when it would be arriving.

It arrived in good time, and the price was very competitive so I would use again if they had what I wanted, and would recommend as a good trader.

I was shopping around to find the best…

I was shopping around to find the best deal on the Sony blu ray system and found Hi Fi Confidential, the system was £100 cheaper than all the big companies. It arrived the day after ordering. Although I had a slight problem setting the system up which was my fault I rang Hi Fi Confidential and they talked me through the problem, fantastic customer service experience you would never get that with any of the big companies. I am so impressed. Thanks to Anthony.

I ordered a LG 📺 and got an amazing deal 👍. I searched the internet after seeing excellent reviews from which for this tv. Which said it was excellent value at £649. This deal was £579 and 5year guarantee. Fast delivery 🚚 in perfect 👌 condition. Great customer service helpful and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for more Excellent Excellent Excellent 👍😊👍😊👍😊👌
