I ordered an air fryer from this company and it was dispatched very quickly. Unfortunately it was stopped at Customs and returned to them. Because I was able to track it I saw what was happening and contacted customer services and got a lovely lady who offered me a full refund, but I said I wanted the air fryer . They quickly dispatched another one and this time it went though Customs and arrived at my home safely. I have now used it every day for the last 10 days , and can say that I am extremely happy with my Air Fryer. I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

Ordered a trampoline arrived within a week, excellent quality & top service. Will definitely buy again.

Disaster. I got an item it’s a wrong item they just do not reply and I can’t get phone number for them. Do not recommend.

I was trying to decide on a fair rating for our purchase. The item was turned away at the border and returned to sender. We had difficulty getting through on the phones but when we did staff were very polite and helpful. Having promised a refund it seemed like we were waiting and waiting and having read such poor reviews we were scared that we had neither the item or a refund. We were panicking and even got in touch with our bank to see if they could help (debit purchase). However eventually the promised refund appeared in our bank along with a small credit for goodwill.

Absolute disgrace of a company! Placed an order on the 6/10, there was a problem with payment method so there was option for bank transfer, so that's how I paid. Despite numerous emails without any actually response only generic email replies I still haven't received item or have I received a refund that I requested.
Don't know how they can get away with this!!

We ordered a drinks fridge from hi-fi tower and not long afterwards were pretty sure we had been scammed. We tried to contact the company but were ignored and I'll be honest their communication with customers is DIRE!!

However, our item arrived eventually - albeit a few days late but these were due to weather reasons beyond their control (according to the logisitcs company the ship from Germany was stuck in rough seas). Had the product a week and it looks great and works well. Would definitely order from them again.

6 weeks ago I paid 300 euro for a product. Never arrived. They never answer 15 emails and 5 telephone calls I send. FRAUD COMPANY

I didn't even want to give a 1 star review - luckily we paid on credit card and are in the process of getting our money returned. Not even sure they exist as a company no reply to any email and our delivery didn't even turn up.

Please avoid!
I bought electric heater which is a piece of rubbish.
Doesn't give warmth and shoes temperature not accurte .
For the last two months I am Tryin to contact them to return the product but I am been blown off

When i ordered i didnt receive a confirmation email. I didn't receive an order number and i didnt get a reply to my email asking for reassurance. but! After two days of thinking i had been scammed i got my order confirmation. The product arrived by courier within 7 days and was as described. Was worried when i read the reviews but credit where its due product arrived as described

If there was less than one star this company would get it, they DO NOT COMMUNICATE, DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR EMAIL, they just don't respond to complaints. Dont waste your money or time

I purchased an oven from them. It is impossible to speak to anyone at all, I am currently holding on 40 mins to UK. I thought I was purchasing from UK but I just wish they would answer calls. Very frustrating.

Don’t use item never arrived no customer service had to get a refund from my credit card.

The first order was OK, took its time as expected after Brexit. On the second order, no reply to my requests about it. Suggest it's not worth buying from them now, obviously they are in difficulty fulfilling orders.

My second review of this company and products. Auna hi fi system. First amplifier. Packed up . Promise of a phone call back . No . No return emails. They just ignore you. Now the cd has packed up. Not even going to try to get in contact as last time spent hours on phone plus emails. They just won’t answer you. How long my speakers are going to last I don’t know??? I would expect better from a German Company. Stay well clear. As for Auna hi fi . Great sound. But didn’t last 2 years . Absolutely rubbish. I’ve learned the hard way. By from well established company’s. Last Rant . Both companies do not honour warranty. ☹️

Very bad company send 20 emails no answer tray contact phone amazing send me wrong items DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

The item I bought turned up with a European plug, which meant I had to buy a uk adapter. Once I plugged it in it became apparent that it didn’t actually work. Great.
I had to wait a week for a return label and two weeks later I haven’t heard a thing from them. No response to any of my emails. Definitely avoid this crowd.

Ordered Gas hob that is totally unsuitable. Tried to return for refund. Logged the return on the website. No return labels provided. No answer from UK or German Numbers or email addresses.
Any advice on how to get our money back?

Scammers items actually come from Berlin despite having a uk website address - item arrived with eu plug, paint peeling and dented. Impossible to contact had to raise a dispute through payment provider and hopefully will get a refund. Wish I’d have checked the reviews before I ordered ☹️
