Most professional company I have ever dealt with. Clear communication, extremely helpful, the extractor fan was such high quality , fast delivery and such great prices ☘️

If there was zero stars they would get it. Ordered an amplifier.
On and off button became faulty.
Arranged a return for replacement.
I was sent back the same item with the same fault!
Then made contact again, now a return for refund.
They said I’d get refunded 3-5 days from the 06/05/2024. 20 days (14 working days) later I’m still waiting for my refund.
Poor quality goods, poor quality customer service, poor quality company as a whole.

I advise customers strongly to avoid this company as they clearly have zero customer care.

Easy to use app, product perfect delivered in rapid time. I am extremely happy with this service and will go back without a thought. Some of the negative reviews seem almost hysteric I'm glad I didn't take any notice. Well done.

Was a little dubious after reading such mixed reviews! Ordered the ice making machine. Good communication throughout. Delivered by courier within a few days. Product excellent exactly as pictured and description. Works perfectly would order from this company again!

I purchased two infrared heaters klarstein 2400 , they are meant to last in operation for 5000 hours. The heating element on one of mine gave up after only 700 hours of operation. I then contacted hifi tower and klarstein who are by the way owned by the same corporation. They both informed me that they do not supply spare parts for products out of warranty. They also cannot provide information on the spec of heating element or advise on where to purchase. This is totally unacceptable. They said to Google it or go to hardware store. A Google search yields nothing. What can one do without a spec for the heating element. This crowd should not be allowed to be in business. They are selling products whereby no spares are in place. Avoid at all costs

Bought a crosstrainer, The bolt pedals are incompatible, they dont fit! Tried emailling
Hifi-Tower, but got no answer.Cheap site , selling cheap gear.

Ordered 2 metal bins and hoped for the best despite the other reviews. Both arrived dented. One just a bit on the side but the other really damaged. Will try to see if they can replace it. Very sad as the dimensions are perfect for my space. Delivery by DPD.

I do not recommended the company at all. I have purchased a heating mirror by Ebay. Unfortunately the heating stop working so I have raised the issue to the seller. First the customer service said that the warranty expired which is not true. Next they offer me replacement but they did not have a stock sonI need to wait. I have been waiting a long time and I decided to contact them again to be informed that it was sent to me. When I asked for tracking number they said that the item is out of stock and they can send me refund. I was shocked and said that I want to get the replacement. They said that it's not possible and I have to buy another one. When I asked for the refund they said that it's not possible to get it. Finally they offer me again the replacement when the item will be on stock. In the meantime they always asked me to provide customer reference number and invoice number even if I send it to them previously. Be aware of it and buy from someone else.

Stay away dont trust dont purchase anything from this company they offer zero back up zero honesty dont even deliver as promised.I moved into a new house in March 22 and Purchased the following ithems.
1. Wine cooler does not work six months emailing with no reply.
2. Highline extractor Fan for high ceilings to be worked by remote control extractor works remote doesn't work so we have to climb up on counter each time to work manually.Emailing 12 months no reply.

3.Full Gym kit €1679.00 euro meant to be 8 boxes to assembly only 7 boxes arrived so equipment cant be put together completely useless. Six months emailing no reply.
4. Rowing machine for gym legs feels off with in two weeks again 6 months emailing no reply.
5. Hob arrived broken .
Hifi tower replying and replaced with new four months later.
Stay away bunch of fraudsters no phone numbers are working and will not reply to emails.
Paypal also allowing these frauds to continue they should have them blocked they are a fraudulent company.

My 2nd time ordering in this website. Despite of bad reviews. I am quiet please with the speakers i both with them. Of course if any problems. Always pay thru paypal and u can contact them. I just got Clubmaster 8000 watts auna bluetooth speaker at good value cant go wrong plus with coupon as well. I will be ordering again in the future for sure.

Received very Damaged item , tried to call and return, all labels printed , no one collected on the day , item to big and heavy, no one answering emails ( 5 emails sent) , no one answering phone ,
Also item was used .

Fast supply of high quality electrical products and at an affordable price.

Ordered on Dec 16th , since that no communication at all. Bitterly disappointed. No sign of it arriving yet at all, tracking delivery looks like no movement at all. Thank god i used paypal for payment, will have to bring up with them by looks of it.

Omg - every time I do a Google search this company disrupts my time by advertising a radio i looked at. Well first of all while they disturb me everyday - the damn product not in stock. Anyway I went a little further to read reviews and HONESTLY I wouldn't accept a free product from them. Their reviews are unbelievably bad - yet they don't seem to care about customer service and even answer one review. Please review this company and it's products before purchasing - they are disgraceful and should not be in business - are they "scammers" ???

I received an item today (10 days post ordering) it is a huge box & it’s the wrong item.

I rang to return. They will only
Communicate via email, I have not received any follow up email.

They advised I need to lift the huge oversized box down to the post office myself & return the incorrectly delivered item they sent in.

Nie polecam przyslali zepsuty i uszkodzony panel dotykowy w pochlaniaczu do kuchni strata pieniedzy jezeli chodzi o ewentualne czesci zamienne jak np panel dotykowy to nie ma szans mam problem z naprawa tego dziadostwa ...owszem ladnie wyglada i to wszystko......goraco nie polecam !!!!!!

I was a bit worried about my purchase having seen the amount of negative reviews.
That being said everything was perfect with this company from transaction to email confirmation to shipping details and the vinyl player was packaged very well. Everything works perfectly.
I will definitely buy off this company again.

Bought of Hifi-Tower multiple times. Items always delivered fast and in full working order. Can't say anything about returns or warranty issues as never had one.
