On January 2, 2022 I bought a CS Sport pull up bar as my friend’s housewarming present, delivery address to Hong Kong. It was said on the website that delivery time would be 20-24 working days. On the same date, I received 2 SMS messages from my credit card banker HSBC that the fund has been debited by Chal-Tec GmbH and PayPal Chal Tec. In early February there was no delivery, I wrote to Hifi-tower via their website enquiry and on February 8th I wrote another email to Hifi-tower asking for delivery status, there was no reply.

I then talked to HSBC and was advised that the transaction was cancelled by the merchant.

I lost time to deliver the housewarming present to my friend.

If Hifi-tower/Chal-Tec GmbH, for whatever reason to have cancelled my order, they should have informed me as soon as the transaction was cancelled, then I could have planned for something else in time.

Took a week to come but was a great price for item
Just communicating isn't the best.

Don’t waste you time trying to buy anything from this company. Spent 2 weeks trying to contact them about delivery. Received a refund with no explanation even when the item I ordered is still on their website but £300 more expensive!

Bought from them an item costing £150 assumed as .co.uk. that would be all I’d have to pay NO ,UPS wouldn’t deliver until £46.33 import duty paid. This bunch of clowns gave me the run around for 5 days saying you don’t have to pay, so how am I expected to get the goods without paying they couldn’t tell me so I asked to cancel they said well when it’s delivered refuse it but it won’t be delivered until we’ve paid the fee just going around in circles.
Utter nightmare next calls will be trading standards and my bank to claim under section 75 to get my money back. No customer service at all an absolute disgrace the worst of the worst I’ve ever dealt with when buying online. Giving a 1 star rating is way too generous.

This company is a scam. DO NOT USE!

THEY HAVE TAKEN £350 PAYMENT FROM ME AND I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR A WEEK TO GET A REFUND.

I AM LEFT WITH NO CHOICE BUT TO MAKE AN INDEMNITY CLAIM VIA MY CREDIT CARD TO GET MY MONEY.

Unable to get any contact with them and never received my order. waste of money

Products never arrived, offered a refund never received, had to go to fraud department at Barclaycard to get the money back. Stay clear. They shouldn't be allowed to trade.

I’m very unhappy , I ordered some speakers from here and arrived a while after ordering them , so I waited a while for them to come, the plug was completely damaged pretty much in a thousand broken pieces, I called up and they said to return the item , meaning I had to wait another how long to get the speakers I’ve waited for , I don’t know why they just couldn’t send a new sub , instead of having to go out my way to send them back , instead I’ve ordered a new plug and will repair it myself , wouldn’t order from here again

We returned a child's Christmas present on December 29th and haven't received a replacement. I was told that as soon as I registered the return, a replacement would be dispatched.

Three item missing and I rang them and they just hung up in the middle of conversation.
I just want the rest of the order sorted.

Fast and easy secure order placement. Would have given more stars if an Express shipping method & better customer service was also available, even for extra payment, as I am Still Waiting for DPD to pick up the package from Hifi-Tower/UK Customs since 01/2/22 to deliver it to me! Nightmare!! Poor access to Customer service as well!

Placed an order with them weeks ago, told up to 7 days for delivery - no delivery arrived. Rang, gave tracking number and was told it was not working and told they would call back next day, no call back. Waited 5 days and called again, was told again they could not find my item despite tracking and would call me back again. At this point I took it upon myself (after 22 days waiting so far) to find name of local logisitics partner in my country and contacted them direct myself, only to be told item arrived weeks previous with incomplete details and several attempts were made to contact HiFi with no answer and as they couldn't complete delivery had to return the item. Not only that, was told by logisitics they sent it back over a week previous and that HiFi had already received it back on their system 24-48 hours ago. Still awaiting a resolution - Hifi refused to let me speak to a supervisor and were completely blasee every time I spoke to them. So far, terrible service, no help, I am down €900 and nearly a month later still nothing. Terrible service - avoid, avoid, avoid.

I've had mixed experience. My first order last year was fine, but my order this year was a disaster. Ordered couple of weights for exercising, but only received an empty box. Two items were extremely poorly packaged, and both fell out of the box during transit. I managed to get a refund by filling in a DPD form confirming receipt of an empty box, but it was a real faff! Because of Brexit, we in UK don't get any customer protection, so they can't refund or replace lost items! I probably will not order from them again...

Overall delivery on time no problem with hi fi tower but we have had 3klarstein irons before and they were marvellous but the new model we received is a big disappointment!cables too short,too light,no cradle to carry an all round flop .klarstein why change something that was a winner into a loser .no more klarstein for us

Did not check reviews! Took days befor order was proseced, after email order was the processed given tracking link after a few days DPD collected item 2 days later they return it to HiFi Tower, Unable to find out why have taken it up with pay pal, this company go by lots of names, none of which get good reviews, how amazon allows them to trade via them I dont Know! Update, after opening a case with paypal I was given a full refund

Doesn’t even deserve one star. This is a complete SCAM. Do not buy of this website. It’s disgusting what they can get away with doing to people. I paid €70 on a karaoke for a Christmas present that doesn’t even turn on. It is impossible to get through to customer services as they don’t exist. Complete and utter scam. How Facebook allows them to have a blue badge is beyond me it’s so misleading. Don’t ever buy from this company I’m so annoyed at myself for not doing my research before wasting hard earned money on a scam. Bad karma to them.

STAY CLEAR. Ordered a games table. Part was defective. Easy enough to get them on the phone but then just lies after that. The last call they said they have tried to phone and email me. No calls or emails received. Still waiting on returns label/call from courier/. .anything! Having been trying to progress this for a month now. I don't see my item ever being returned or me getting my money back. Very disappointed.
