Avoid This Property – Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience
We had a dreadful experience with this property. We agreed with the hosts to arrive around 10 PM, but when we got there, they gave us the wrong PIN code for the key safe and we were unable to enter. We tried to contact them multiple times — no answer. They were completely unresponsive when we needed help most.
We stood outside the property for over four hours in the cold, while Booking.com kept promising to help us find alternative accommodation but never delivered. Finally, around 3 AM, the host sent a new PIN code — far too late. We had already made the exhausting journey back to London by then.
We never accessed the apartment, received no refund, and Booking.com sided with the hosts despite the situation being entirely their fault. On top of this, they had sent us a long, overbearing list of 20+ house rules via WhatsApp before our stay, which felt unwelcoming and excessive.
Unprofessional, inconsiderate, and completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend that Booking.com reviews whether this listing should even remain on the platform.
