Lights you didn't know you needed
Absolutely blown away by the hexagon lighting from Hyperlite! We installed them in our Harley-Davidson home gym and they completely transformed the space. The brightness is incredible, the quality is top-notch, and they made the whole gym come together perfectly. Regarding your question about dimming: For our dimmable hexagon lights, no separate dimmer is needed. You can dim them directly using your existing power switch—simply toggle the switch to cycle through 100% brightness, 60% brightness, 30% brightness, and off. It's that easy!

I purchased four Hyperlite LED High Bay…
I purchased four Hyperlite LED High Bay Light - Black Hero Series, 21750lumens, Selectable Wattage&CCT, AC 120-277V × 1 for my shop and I wanted to see how they illuminate before purchasing a whole shop full. They are the plug-in style so I could run an extension cord, also my shop doesn't have power yet so I use a generator for now. I have only one up so far but I am impressed with the illumination of just one light so far.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I purchased two 15-grid hex light kits, expecting consistent quality and support, but that was not the case.
Shortly after placing my order, I tried reaching out to switch to the dimmable version. I called, left a voicemail, and never received any response. Communication was poor from the start.
After installing the lights, I noticed several LED tubes had different color tones, with some appearing yellowish compared to the others, which completely ruins the look. On top of that, the connectors feel loose and don’t stay securely in place, making installation frustrating.
To make matters worse, I have one unit that is brand new and completely unopened, and they are making it extremely difficult to return. They told me I would have to pay around $100 in return shipping, even though the situation involves clear quality concerns. Instead, they offered me just $20 to keep the product and not return it, which is honestly unacceptable considering the cost of these kits.
Overall, the product quality is inconsistent, customer support is unresponsive, and their return process feels designed to discourage returns—even for unopened items. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Quality issues: Your free replacement kit is being processed and will be shipped to you at no cost.
Unopened unit: We will work directly with you to arrange a return that is fair and reasonable. A senior support manager has reached out to you via email to finalize the details.
