The staff - Mike & Brandon are always very attentive!

Very courteous and helpful staff.

OUTDATED SERVICE: Compared to seamless modern alternatives like Turo, which prioritize speed and ease, this traditional counter experience felt antiquated. I'd suggest Hertz modernize its pickup process to get scheduled customers out the door faster.

45-MINUTE DELAY: I waited 45 mins past my scheduled pickup time to get my vehicle, despite there being only one other customer in the office.

POOR SERVICE FLOW: Two employees spent ~30 minutes struggling with that single customer's card issue. Eventually, the second employee left the office in a vehicle without ever acknowledging me or offering to help.

ZERO COMMUNICATION: I sat in the lobby for 30 minutes without either staff member greeting me or providing an update. I ultimately had to interrupt their conversation just to ask for my keys.

Great customer service from Brandon coupled with a quality vehicle and ease of reservation.

This is the best Hertz location in San Antonio. Brandon is the manager and he does a great job at making people feel welcome and does a great job at making the customer experience important.

The middle aged white gentleman that checked me in was really nice, friendly, professional and handled the chaos of checking really well. There was like four people there and he didn't lose his cool and he reassured everybody. He was working as quickly as possible and that he would get to everybody and to please just be patient. His professionalism, Grace and patience definitely needs to be acknowledged!
And since it's a small neighborhood location and not a large airport location, I was impressed with how busy they were. But also with how proficient the two workers are. Everything was seamless, my car was ready when I arrived and it definitely pays to be a loyal Hertz customer
