The first vehicle we were given was dirty, had cracked tail light, air conditioner vents that were broken and AC that only worked minimally, even if we could direct it's flow, for an 8 hour road trip in 100 degree heat.... Fortunately we picked the car up the night before we were to leave and when we realized all of the issues, we called the agency and they had us return it for a different vehicle, with which we had no problems. So zero stars for first vehicle, three stars for making it right but the hassle and inconvenience of having to return the first car for the one we should have had from the start.

I had a flawless, stress-free rental experience! I was in and out quite efficiently and the minivan was clean and had a full tank of gas. I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. I’ll definitely rent here again!
