Hertz - Norwalk - Main Street Bewertungen 

It took over an hour when I went to pick up the car. There was one guy working there and 3 people ahead of me in the line. The one worker was also the person cleaning the cars...hence the long wait.

Professional. Personable.

I don't often rent from Hertz but the location in Norwalk, CT was incredibly convenient. The friendly staff got me into my car quickly. Hertz is a brand I can trust.

At pickup you didnt have cars ready even though I reserved a specific car. I was lucky to be first one in line but others were more mad than me. At drop off, I dropped it off the evening before and put keys in the Hertz drop off slot. At 10am the following day they asked where the car was and even charged us an extra day. This Norwalk location needs help!!!

The customer service was appalling. The gentleman who assisted me seems to hate women and interacting with them. I was not greeted. He lost his patience with me almost immediately and barked responses at me. I was the only person in the store with him and began to question if I should leave. I had to repeatedly ask him to remain calm and suggested we take a breath and start over. I don’t even know what the issue was- I seemed to irritate him merely by existing in his presence. I questioned the car offered because it was not what I had reserved and he became very agitated. If I had not needed the vehicle that day and had any other reasonable alternative I would have cancelled and left.
This person should not be interacting with customers. I would never revisit this location again and would not use Hertz again. I would leave 0 stars if possible. The return experience to a different location was fine, and the people there were kind.
