Car was fine, mostly clean except for inside windows. Staff very polite, but very slow process at pick up. When I tried to book the rental with a free birthday rental day, the website couldn't process. I called and they said simply to present a copy of the offer when picking up the car. At the pickup, they said I had to register online. Disappointing.

My customer service experience, along with the 2 other customers in the office, was poor to say the least. The office opened for business at 8am. I arrived at 8am to find the office open and 2 other customers already inside. Nobody was present at the desk for the first 10-15 mins. A very loud speaking man was behind the wall on a very personal phone call. He never stepped out to greet anyone nor explain what was going on. Using profanity, unprofessionally, the man behind the wall continued the call. The woman sitting next to me said she lives near by and the customer service is always poor, that's why she arrived at 7:45am. It was very uncomfortable to sit and hear such a derogatory interaction. Around 8:45am another gentleman walked in, ready to work. He assisted the first woman quickly. He proceeded to take her outside to get her in the rental. The man behind the wall came out, looked at me and the other customer, smirked, never said a word and closed the door as he went behind the wall again, continuing to make things uncomfortable. Shortly after, he took/made another phone call with the same tone. Unprofessionally vulgar and very personal. This hurts the business for everyone. I have rented at this location before and did not have this experience. I have recently advised the company I work for to use this same location. Unfortunately, I cannot continue to support this business nor this behavior. Someone has to speak up and bring attention to this matter. Professional and attentive customer service can be found with a different car rental company elsewhere. Disrespect is not worth the convenience.

At every single location the office staff is racist . They never talk nicely and omg cars are dirty after done with pickup had to go car wash every single time . Shit service .

Excellent service from start to finish from the guys at the desk. They were friendly and professional, and the car was new, clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. Pickup and drop-off were quick and hassle-free, making the entire rental experience smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated the transparent pricing with no hidden surprises. I would definitely rent from this company again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and outstanding car rental service.

The staff at the Westin rental was were not at all friendly. They never once showed appreciation for my business. It was almost like we were inconveniencing them
