Easy to pick-up, check out attendant was friendly and helpful, car return was fast and simple.

Everything mosyly good. just difficult to find our vehicle at pickup. Also a maintenance message came up right away but the arrendanf couldn’t make it go away. It kept coming up again each day.

Customer service was great. But the cleanliness of the vehicle was disgusting.

Quick and easy process to pick up and return vehicle.

Everything about my experience was not great. The car "choices" were either 2 dirty Rogues (what I booked) or subcompact Kicks (too small). The car I ended up with had key issues and included some personal belongings from the previous renter. I was told there would be a $1 charge put on my personal card (this was a work trip), which is true. There was also a separate $199 charge, though. The return process took longer than I expected and no one cared about any of these issues. I had no choice for this booking but I would never recommend Hertz to anyone.

Car was ready. Easy check-in and check out. Bill was correct.

Easy to get the car. Name was not on the board, but the desk had the car information already processed. Not my favorite vehicle - Volkswagon Taos.

Staff was helpful and informative regarding the early return of my vehicle.

The staff at the parking lot desk was more than helpful, very accommodating. Help us find the suitable car even before we asked we had a great time using that car!

Our car rental on Maui went very smoothly! It was nice to have choice of cars to select from, although there were very few cars left by the time we got there. The Chevy Blazer was a decent SUV, but not one that I would ever own. The whole process was very smooth.

got charged for something that I did NOT agree to and have not been able to get anyone in customer service to even acknowledge my email
person who checked me out was someone I never saw before (and I rent from the same location almost weekly) and you could tell he had no clue what he was doing and now I am facing the consequences…
with that said, as a President Circle member (remember I rent almost weekly from the same location) I would hope someone would acknowledge my email at the very least
