Poor information on corporate system, great local service!
They have nice, responsive people. However, to get a change in drop off place, the corporate call center did not have in their system a place in Decatur, Ga. or closer to downtown Atlanta where it was most convenient for us, as opposed to the Atlanta airport in there list of places for drop-off. We found it on our own, called and they accepted the car return. They were exceptionally service oriented. They should get credit for their service and we will return their. The name of the Manager Associate who received us was Danielle Bryant.

Poorly managed.
The woman who rented me the vehicle and received the vehicle when I returned it was very helpful. However, this location has Saturday hours posted on the door even though they are closed Saturday—the day I tried to return the rental. The manager charged me for 4 days, NOT the 2 days I should have been charged if I returned on Sat. (closed on Sun as well). I had to call the corporate office to get resolution. I’m giving the location 2 stars, not 1, because of the helpful employee who tried to solve the situation in real time.
