They act like scammers. Although rental agreement indicated 300 EUR excess damage they charged 650 EUR on the card. I had additional insurance but they could not help as excess amount was deducted bigger than agreed. They do not pick up the phone, not answer emails. I got Consumer Rights Protection Authority involved. I have never met such an ignorant company- 0 picked up calls from maybe 20 and 0 responded emails from 10.
IN addition, they charged for car cleaning 55 EUR although it needed only floor mats vacuuming.
