They installed floodlights and EV charger. However, the EV charger became faulty; then they got in touch with the EV charger provider to send me the brand new one. I received a new charger and they came and install. They did everything for me. Great service…Thank you very much.

A professional and friendly service. We selected Hertz for our solar panels, battery and inverter as they didn't give us the hard sell (unlike some others), but instead were engineers who knew their stuff. They kept us well informed during the process. Installation was quick and efficient, everything works well and looks good, thoroughly recommended.

Hertz were really good, Andy came out to quote and talked through everything and the quote came through quickly. Amadeusz was great and friendly and worked really hard. Even the little things like bringing his mug back in and concious about leaving the door open for too long while heating is on I thought was nice because not all builders/contractors do that. Sometimes you can feel a little uncomfortable men coming in and out doing work if you don't know them but I felt really safe and relaxed. Would use again and recommend! After care customer service was great by Debbie and Terry too! Nice one!

Excellent service from Hertz. We had an electrical issue at our rented property and needed a fast service. Hertz were out within 2 hours and liased with National Grid. Tenant happy and a very reasonable price from Hertz

I was let down in late 2023 by another company so went with Andy Wood and Hertz for a sequence of works over the last 12 months on my house. I've found them to be thorough, efficient, trustworthy and communicative. Dealt with Amadeusz on the last two occasions: he tackled an unexpected glitch with equanimity and I reckon he left my kitchen cleaner than it had been before!

Very good!
They turned up rapidly and did a good job replacing a melted fusebox and wiring. They then went the extra mile - literally - when the main fuse was found to be blown at 6:30 in the evening. They were able to get a replacement and had us back up and running that same day. I was impressed. Will definitely use them again.

The contractors were friendly and easy to talk to. They arrived on time and let us know what they were planning to do, and had good communication throughout. They were open to us discussing additional work, and talked through the aspects of the job, warning us of potential downsides. They hoovered up after the job too.

I had to get some work done urgently to my flat within a short time frame. Andy Wood and Debbie were very kind to squeeze me in even though they had a packed schedule. Debbie kindly took me through the electrical safety report and explained everything to me. Andy sent out Brad and his colleague also called Brad to sort out all the electrical issues in my flat. They completed the work within a day and to a high standard. I am very pleased with the work done and won't hesitate to recommend this company. I want to say a huge thankyou and shout out to Andy Wood. We had an issue with our cooker and certain downstairs sockets at our property 2 weeks ago and Andy was our super hero. Andy called within half an hour, helped and advised us what to do over the phone, was able to identify the fault and had us back up and running again within the hour. Andy saved 2 full freezers from defrosting and also helped us find the fault with our cooker. Andy responded quickly, has a huge amount of knowledge, saved us from needing anyone to visit the property and is a super friendly guy. Andy is now a contact in my phone book and will be recommended to everyone I know who is after a honest, reliable and trusted electrician.
