John the engineer was very polite and works were carried out without fuss.

Excellent service received after I booked Henri-Taylor on a recommendation. Pleased I used them to fit thermostats to all of my radiators and service my boiler. The on-site quote was very quickly sorted out, Jon was polite and gave advice but no pushy sales pitches. Really pleased with the quality of his work; very clean, tidy and no fuss made. Emily in the office was also great dealing with my quote and questions over the phone and emails. Altogether a very pleasant and efficient service. Happy to recommend.

I have recently had a new combi boiler fitted by Henri-Taylor Heating: Jon and Michael did a wonderful job! I’ve never had a modern, efficient combi-boiler before so I am on a bit of a learning curve - but I feel confident knowing I can call Emily at the office if there is something I don’t understand and she gets Jon to call and explain things. Jon and Michael worked hard and efficiently - considering it was such a big plumbing overhaul: they were tidy and I hardly knew they were here - perfect gas engineers: I have already recommended them to friends and family🌻 Angie

Excellent service and would highly recommend them! They came to fit a new HIU for our flat, the engineer was great at explaining the process and completed the work within a day. They also offered to fit some additional air valves to help the systems health free of charge with no additional fee.

I have been a customer of Henri-Taylor for nearly three years, they are the an excellent company to do business with.

The old boiler in our rented flat in south west london gave up the ghost without much warning. Thankfully, the landlords were committed to ensuring the replacement and install were of the highest quality. This is where Jon from Henry Taylor came in. He turned around a full install in just a day and a bit, ensuring he ran us through how to get the best out of the new system going forward. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough! Thank you.

Steve came out to provide me with a quote after looking at the specifics of my property. He explained what they would do and how. He responded to my questions promptly after the visit also, which helped to make me feel at ease.

It was a super easy process to get the finances sorted and installation booked.

The gentlemen that came to do the installation were very considerate and just went about doing what they needed to. They warned me about noise or if the water/electricity would be turned off at any point, which I appreciated. They cleaned up after themselves each day (took two days to do the installation). They also explained how to use the boiler and thermostat, the process of servicing etc at the very end. They were very thorough and clear which I was grateful for because I wanted to ensure I was optimising my new boiler.

They were reasonably priced also when compared to some of the quotes I received.

Super happy and will be requesting them to do the yearly service going forward!
