In 2020, my colleague and I were robbed of €950, and the day before the ``shipping'' he asked us for fraternal insurance for the shipment worth €200

We have never delayed a shipment - this is a SCAM, don't pay them anything!!!

Scammers. Please, people, report them to the authorities. Don't be lazy. I'm doing it because of the others. Of course, I could check Trustpilot, but there is always somebody who will do it. They exist for too long.

Writing another review as people are still getting scammed. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They scammed me back in 2019 for over £1000, left me very poor and very depressed, and are still at it. YOU WILL NOT get your order, YOU WILL NOT get your money back. Banks cant do anything. DO NOT trust these fake 5 star reviews. Not even the police in the uk can do anything. STAY AWAY PLEASE

Total robbers took 400 pound of me paid to. Anna Tomaszek fraudster bank account don’t buy anything from them the instant bank transfer is to a cash card account I had fraud squad on them they should be shut down

Avoid at all costs this is a fraudulent company.. The phone lines are dead an when you wish to speak over WhatsApp the number rings out an have now disappeared all together
... I've tried several times including emails .. This is a complete SCAM!!! I'm contacting the national Dutch fraud department I suggest to any others who have fallen to this scam to do the same absolute criminal scumbags..

I can't believe I fell for this, next time I will check the reviews BEFORE making any online purchase - used the same system with me (ask you to pay into a private account then ask for more money for insuring the delivery and when you ask for your money back they just disappear - I've reported them to the Dutch action fraud - avoid at all costs!

Ripped me off for £500! Said I needed to pay and extra £300 for postage insurance, when I said they should have said before and that I didn’t want to pay it they turned round and said we can’t give your money back as we have sent the parcel to the post office 🤦‍♂️. Complete rubbish
