First class service.
They were they only company I could find with the right colour bonded nylon thread that I needed. Fast despatch and delivery. The only reason that I haven't given them 5 stars is that P & P was a little on the hefty side, and VAT was added to the price shown.

We display our prices ex VAT as most of our customers are in the Trade and are used to being quoted prices excluding VAT. We are sorry if this made it a little confusing using the site.

Great service and value for money
Package arrived quickly with items carefully packed. The feet are now in place and a perfect match for the chesterfield we are renovating. The website was user friendly and it was easy to find what we wanted. Perfect - would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again should the need arise.

Easy to use web site with really great prices. Would have been delivered very quickly too, but for the courier trying to deliver to a business at 19:00. Will definitely use again.
Just a quick follow up/update; the courier delivered the next day. but definitely recommend Heico-Direct.

Top Service Quick Turnround
Top service. Third party courier sent the order in the opposite direction which wasn't great but Stuart at the front desk got straight on it and got them to get to me first thing next day. It turned up a little after 9am, perfect and for it to go all the way to Bristol and still get it back to London next morning.......👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
