Heartful Diamonds Bewertungen 

I was introduced to Diamond Painting about a year ago. I became nuts about it. Now I recently decided to experience custom diamond painting. After ordering my first one from a company that I will not give the name, I was very desapointed as the people on the picture ended up having their skin and face color orange like a pumpkin . I was afraid to order another one but decided to give custom diamond painting another chance but this time I ordered from Heartful Diamonds. The result was way different. It is beautiful. The picture was well done on the canevas and the colors very realistic. I highly recommend Heartful diamonds for all your diamond paintings and even more for the custom ones.

I am revising my original 1 star review because someone from Heartful Diamonds contacted me after being made aware of this review, in an attempt to resolve the issues I had. They were willing to do whatever necessary to make things right. I had already ordered more drills and eventually a new kit from a different company so Heartful refunded the purchase price of one of my kits. We didn't address the second kit that I had problems with but they did make it clear that they were willing to fix any problems I had, so I have let it go.

From this experience, I would recommend that people ask for a supervisor to handle any issues that are not satisfactorily handled by customer service.

Horrible customer service. They made absolutely NO ATTEMPT to help me resolve an issue. I asked for a few packets of different color drills because the pink drills were too bright, making the skin tones on my custom kit look clownish and I wasn't happy with the blue tones in the shadows of a beige cat that I also ordered. They were more interested in defending their product rather than addressing my issue. All they kept saying was that they printed the pictures as they were submitted. So in other words, their idea of resolving my problem was to tell me it was my fault so tough luck. They never even addressed my request of sending packets of different color drills for me to try to fix the problem.

It would have been nice if they would have at least told me that I could buy some replacement drills, which I have since learned is possible.

I would recommend NOT spending your money on this company.

Terrible quality, terrible shipping, terrible customer service. Order from anywhere else but them. I have ordered from multiple different companies and my order came packaged so bad that all the edges of my canvases were obliterated. When I reached out to customer service they said this was not a big deal and it shouldn't effect the canvas. There is NO way these can be framed with the way they do their margins and how bad the edges were. When you spend over a hundred dollars, you should get what you pay for which is better quality. STAY AWAY!

Update: After back and forth and I had to send a scathing email to the CSR rep who made things personal, I was given my money back.
