I wanted a PAT certificate and found the presentation from this company thorough and straightforward resulting in me passing the test first time.

I did the fire door inspection course today which I found quite interesting with the things I did not know.

I thought the cause gave a really good learning experience.

I thought the course was excellent - thorough, clear, logical. Very happy to recommend it to those like me who are wanting to be available as PAT testers in the charity sector

I enjoyed the course, it was very understanding and helpful and a massive good refresh of memory compared to my college course, I highly recommend to the other young lads like me.

Avoid at all costs. Terrible customer service and awful communication. Don't reply to emails or call you back when they say they would.
Worst training company around.

Bought traffic Marshall course and it was good

I highly recommend using Health and Safety Training 1st. Accessing the course was straightforward from start to finish. It provides a wealth of valuable skills and is presented in a way that’s easy to understand, using simple language. I gave it 4 stars because it lacks video clip on hand signals , which would have been helpful. There were some technical issues initially, and I received my login details late. However, after speaking with the director, they refunded my money and granted me free access to the course. Once the course is completed, you receive your results immediately and can instantly access your certificate and order your card.

Excellent Training. Needed the support line to start and that service was also excellent. Would highly recommend and undertook a second course. Would use again and recommend without hesitation. Easy to understand and navigate.
