Chloe at our Witham branch is always so helpful wouldn’t book our holidays with anyone else. Always willing to assist, cheerful person. All the staff in the store are lovely but always like to deal with Chloe.

Booking my holiday was a great experience, Trudie was so helpful, nothing was to much trouble, this is my second year of booking and I will continue to do so!

We popped in today to book our first cruise. We were welcomed by Darren who was the most friendly, efficient and knowledgeable assistant we have had. He talked us through all the options, had a very pleasant manner and never rushed us into making any decisions. We have booked our cruise and can't wait until 2026 to enjoy it!

Agent displayed a great deal of knowledge about resorts and hotels. Took us through the booking process with ease.

First of all the staff in the travel shop were lovely and I have no complaint with them. However I think the booking system is very poor. The holiday I booked was with TUI who were using Easyjet flights. a couple of days after my initial booking I decided to add hold luggage and returned to the shop and paid for one hold bag each way. I have my initial booking confirmation but I have no confirmation regarding the additional luggage nor any confirmation that I have paid the extra. My view is that I should have received updated booking details showing that the hold luggage had been added as well as the new total price of the holiday. I was given all reasons why this hasn't been done by the shop staff and I realise non of this is down to them. It is a shame but due to this experience I doubt I will use Hays Travel again.

It was great to return to the Witham Branch and find Chloe still there and ready to help us. She had remembered so much about our family requirements and was able to source a number of potential holidays to suit. We are really looking forward to the holiday we chose. The face to face personal touch will keep us returning to Hayes year after year. A big thank you to Chloe and the team.
