I was greeted with a smile from Gemma, I explained that I was looking for a short break to celebrate my 60th birthday. I had no idea what I wanted and hoped that she had plenty of patience to help. Gemma was amazing she came up with some great ideas and with no time at all I had a short break booked with parking at the airport and all the documents printed out Thank you Gemma and Hayes Travel.

Really helpful staff
Really helpful staff. I wanted to book a particular hotel, but couldn't find a package with suitable flights etc. The staff a the West Bridgford branch managed to find flights, transfers and the hotel, at a price I was happy with.
