Great Service as always.
As well as sorting our October holiday Joanne was able to advise us on guidelines regarding passport rules and also completed the new form necessary for certain airports with regard to people who have hidden disabilities.
Nothing is ever too much trouble and I would always recommend Hays at Washington as all of the staff are excellent.

The three advisors
The three advisors, Olivia, Julia and Nicole from the Washington galleries branch went above and beyond throughout the whole process of us booking our holiday, as some of our party have disabilities they all did Thier best in finding the right holiday for us, from the seating on the flights to the transfers to the hotel, nothing was too much trouble, AMAZING! 😎

The Agent at Washington Galleries was very friendly and seemed to know what we wanted .She searched for our holiday for a last minute deal and was very friendly and had a great conection with us . We changed our minds a few times but she just carried on nothing was a bother .Really good experience and we came home happy with the holiday she found for us in the end .Well done !
