We went into store to book a last minute holiday, we had no idea where we wanted to go. The lady who helped us found us something straight away! She really listened to what we wanted and found us the perfect holiday. The booking as very easy and straightforward. We were really impressed with the service.

Hays telephoned me as a curtosy and found the holiday I was after. Went in the next day and it was booked easily.
Service level was what I expected as usual,spot on .

Leanne who help us book a hen party was absolutely brilliant, knowledgeable and genuinely cared that we were finding the best location

Hays travel managed to find me 2 great holidays megan was absolute gem she went out of her way 2 find me 2 great deals for egypt and thailand i couldnt fault her one bit her customer service was 5 star explained everything to me and my options would highly reccomend booking with hays travel i know i will be booking again thsnks megan

The shop was well laid out, tidy and staff welcomed us on arrival.
Our enquiry was handled by Megan, who was very friendly and knowledgeable, resulting in booking a city break, along with transfers, flight extras, car parking and excursions, and currency, everything was explained in full detail. Extremely satisfied with the service.

The girl was very helpful, and booked us the holiday we asked for ( l believe her name was Olivia? )

Excellent service from Leanne held the holiday while we checked everything and then booked it for us.
Everything explained and advice given.
The service we get from the team at Hays Washington is always first class, nothing is too much trouble and any problems or queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently and we are always kept up to date.
I can't fault them and always recommend them to friends and family.

The holiday advisor (Stacey), was very approachable, patient and informative. She acted in an unhurried manner and answered all of the questions that we put to her. She quided us through the process of choosing the holiday that we eventually selected to be right for us.
