We were looking for a complete holiday package…
We had come in to discuss some plans we had made but encountered difficulties and needed some help. Agent was not able to help complete a package deal with the hotel we were looking at but we were open minded and asked what she had available and we were able to find a complete package that more than satisfied what we were looking for.
