My Paris holiday
I saw Emma and once again she sorted out another lovely holiday for me - this time to Paris in the Spring. Emma took into account all that I asked her and found a really great deal for me. I know now that everything is sorted out for me, even booking in will be done. I have only ever received really excellent service at Hayes Travel and this is why I always use them for worry free holidays.

Excellent Friendly customer service…
I was very impressed with the customer services that I received when I went into Hayes Travel in Torquay. We were assisted by Emma who was lovely and really informative and tried to help us as much as she could. She spent ages answering all of our questions as we were thinking about booking a cruise, which we did thanks to Emma. I was worried about sea sickness and she explained that she had recently been on a cruise taster and how she manged it which put my mind at rest.
