Marie was very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. She helped us sort out the right cabin for our needs. We would not hesitate to book with Hays Travel again. In fact we booked 2 cruises one a couple of days after.

Friendly, helpful and professional
Maria the manager was very helpful despite us just walking in with a complicated holiday request. She was very thorough and we walked out feeling very satisfied with the cruise that we had booked.

Great Travel Agent with a very personal approach
Maria, was attentive and personable. She took the time to understand our holiday needs and found the perfect option for our son's first holiday abroad.
We felt listened to and she valued our time and price budget. We felt our holiday needs were met over the need for a sell or commission.

I always use my local hays in Teignmouth to book our holidays abroad. Everytime I go into Hays there is always a friendly atmosphere from all the staff. Whoever I speak to gives me great advice and choice of a holiday I would be looking at.
