I came in to book a special holiday for me and my husband, our honeymoon which we could not take when we got married because of Covid travel restrictions. Kevin was brilliant, he sorted all my specific requests and even contacted the hotel to check about the parking for the car hire he organised for us and has offered to contact the hotel to ask them to do something special as it is our honeymoon.

The branch staff are knowledgeable and helpful, they learn and remember what you like and dont like, which is really helpful as my wife has limited mobility and lifts/ rather than stairs and walk in showers rather than bath tubs with showers in them cause us problems..Kevin, the branch manager, is brilliant.

Leo in your Swanage branch was knowlegable, friendly and very helpful. We are in our 70's and not flown for a long time, but he sorted the holiday , tickets and boarding passes for us and made it all so easy . We were a bit apprehensive about booking online so using Hayes travel was definitely a really good choice.
