Kate was amazing
Kate was very helpful, I went in clueless of where to go as we will be traveling with an 12 week old baby and she helped us find a lovely family resort and even contacted the hotel direct for us to ensure we will have everything we need for the baby while we are there. She was very good with sticking within our price range to, will definitely be booking more threw Kate.

I was assisted by kate who was excellent .
I was assisted by the apprentice Kate .
She was friendly, welcoming and extremely patient and professional.
I changed my mind several times which didn’t bother her in the slightest, she was more than happy to help .
I would definitely recommend Kate to book with and Hays St Anne’s was a friendly, clean and welcoming branch .

Great Customer experience
3rd holiday I've booked here they advertise it on Facebook which is how I found out about it ,the deal the advertise was the deal I got no extra cost, really easy called me back when they said they would , 10 out of 10
