Although we now live in Yorkshire, we still call Amy at Southend Branch for all our holiday needs. She is excellent at her job, knows her products, always pleasant and helpful. Will give advice on anything you ask her and she knows her customers requirements. All staff are very helpful when we call the store. Thanks for booking another holiday for us Amy 👍

The experience was a bit trying as it took a long time for the computer to verify the booking and the agent had to ring support to get the problem resolved.
