As always Karen in Sherborne absolutely got everything done for us,she is great.

I love the face to face service with the staff, especially Karen, who helped me on this occasion.. I consider her one of the best in the business, always giving great advice and reassurance..

Karen is the most helpful and welcoming lady. She makes booking a cruise holiday very exciting and the best one for the person (in this case myself) No problems, easy, no stress, can't compliment her enough.

This was a last minute holiday that we saw in the window as we were walking past. We went in and enquired and it seemed a good deal, even the staff said so.. We started booking straight away and the staff were very helpful. We had to come back with passport information etc. but when we came back (next day) almost all of the paperwork had been done. The staff completed everything for us, excellent service, I fully recommend this agent and we will be using them again !!!!
