Great service
Miranda was able to access, flights and hotel including luggage allowances etc from the details we gave her with the greatest of ease. We had seats booked on the plane, so all sorted.As usual the Rugeley branch was very welcoming and friendly.

I had a pleasant visit to Hayes travel rugeley I new what hotel I wanted and my dates for travelling. My airline and flying time were sorted out by josh who was pleasant and knowledgeable nothing was to much trouble.

Welcoming and helpful
We popped in to look at holidays and walked out having booked one. The staff were welcoming, friendly and incredibly helpful. We had a list of requests and a budget but no real plan for where.
It was easy to find d appropriate holidays a d the booking process was easy. Hayes have an app so you can track your holiday and this was explained too.
We will be using them for future bookings
