Really impressed with their customer care
I had my 3 young grandchildren with me, they were given colouring pens and paper. They were kept occupied whilst I booked my holiday and were then given sweets after being told how good their pictures were.
Definitely put a smile on their faces and made my visit to branch much easier than anticipated

Friendly and helpful
I went with a very vague idea about what I wanted. I only knew it had to be special. I ended up with 4 brochures and a better idea. We decided on a laid back trip to Mauritius. I asked loads of questions, all of which were answered fully and the booking process was straightforward. The staff were friendly and helpful. The option to pay monthly was very useful. I would use the same office again.
