They listen to what you want
It was a cheap and cheerful holiday with easy jet that we wanted. I was put at ease that it didn't matter how much or how cheap our holiday was, we were going to get great customer service.
It didn't matter if we changed our minds on the date and moved it back ( so sorry!)
Everything I asked for was done to the letter! Including requests of what room I wanted (fingers crossed).
It was a wonderful experience and will definitely go back and book my holidays from this company in future, why did I put up with poor customer service for so long from another company???!!!

A friendly welcome (Chenise)
A friendly welcome (Chenise), polite and helpful.
But on checking the flight details and price when I got home I found it £500 cheaper by going direct to the Airline. I now understand that Hays Travel do not deal direct with the Airlines. This is not a slight on Chenise. Cancellation is not an option as it is almost the same amount as the difference.
