Saved the day!
After a few bad experiences at the Barnsley and Meadowhall branches of Hays Travel we almost gave up on it altogether but we found the amazing Emily at the Pontefract branch! She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, really knowledgeable about the areas we were booking and seemed really interested in helping us to book our dream honeymoon! This is the first time we have booked with Hays and the customer service was the best I’ve had from a travel agency.
Our advisor Alison was fabulous, professional, diligent and we came away with a package that was just what we’d asked for and more. It was completely stress free and every part of the holiday is taken care of, from the car parking, to transfers and currency.
