We popped in to get a brochure
We popped in to get a brochure, we knew where and when we won't to go on holiday, we decided to book while we were there. My husband was struggling on his walking frame and we made it clear he would be in a wheelchair, which was ordered and we were waiting for it to be delivered, but this information wasn't passed onto the hotel company, therefore when we arrived we found it was going to be very difficult for us to get into and out of the hotel and the hotel staff were surprised to see us with the wheelchair, the hotel staff were brilliant and very helpful. We complained to Hays who passed the complaint onto the hotel company who offered us a very small compensation considering the price of the holiday, but my complaint was with Hays as it was Hays staff that didn't pass the correct information on to the hotel company.
